These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Clip Cam.

2. Products

Clip Cam sells physical consumer products. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations in color or design are possible.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR.
Prices do not include potential customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify-supported payment providers. Orders are only shipped after successful payment.

5. Shipping

Delivery time is usually 7–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Clip Cam is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

8. Governing Law

Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
